I think we all have family like that. My family is mostly drama though, I swear I could write a book. There aren't too many deadbeats on either side but there are enough backstabbers and liars. I might would rather have deadbeats....
family members who are really trash, but you have to "love them because they're blood". Anyone else hear that? Have an uncle who is really a piece of crap, dead-beat, pill-head, thief, has lived with my grandfather for the last 11 years - he's 38. Just an all-around piece of trash, but everyone has sympathy for him, I don't but am told I should since he's family. Don't get it, if this was a stranger, everyone would think if he fell off the earth, the world would be better off. He was raised by both parents just like my mother, loving home, they didn't have much but it wasn't some broken home. My mother lives in a good house, nice car, married for 13 years, has taken care of me from day one. My aunt works, takes care of her kids, nice home...but my uncle, has nothing to his name. And it's his fault, throwing his life away with drugs and never taken care of his 2 girls(who live 50 feet away) who live with their grandparents on their moms side.
He's clearly a screw-up, ****ed away his whole life stealing from his family and doing drugs/pills....so why should I care the least bit about him? Ugh, that kills me.

I hear ya Unchained!! Every time my family gets together you can about bet there is going to be some sort of entertainment, its better than going to the movies..
My sister is like that. My parents are raising her three kids for her. When my sister does come see them she spend 99% of the time texting or talking on her phone to kids that are still in high school and she is 30. Was told recently her new boyfriend is only 16 which is only 6 years older than her oldest daughter. She just does not care what she is putting her familly through. Her two oldest daughters cry all the time because they miss how their mommy used to be. Now my sis is just another dope head. We have tried talking to her but she just plain dont care. I would have the police bust her but afraid of where her kids would be sent. The kids dads are just as bad.
I hate it when people get on facebook and try to fight their wive's arguments and try to attack family members verbally when they aren't "man" enough to do it in person face-to-face. I have a cousin that way. Her husband is too chicken **** to say anything to my face and that bothers me.:mooning:

Facebook and myspace are known to many as please come rob me! People get on there like I am going to the Beach for a much deserved vacation on May 20th and want be back until May 30th! When asked what I am doing for the myspace signature I have Nobodys buisness.
Caring about a family member and condoning what they do are 2 different things...
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
That is true. I love my sis very much and pray for her every night.
